Our CTO Ruairi Egan recently spent a week with the guys over in Kentec Electronics to train in their top class facility. They covered the ground-breaking K-Mesh Wireless Technology and Syncro AS Panels. Ruairi came back armed with an in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of the K-Mesh Wireless fire system, to ensure we deliver a first in class tech support experience for our customers.

It's always interesting to see how technical leadership influences product direction, as highlighted in this piece about Ruairi. For a CTO, the ability to iterate quickly on internal tools and prototypes is key. In the realm of design and branding, this often means having the right software stack. The ability to generate and edit vector graphics natively is a huge time-saver for dev teams who need to spin up assets for MVPs or hackathons without relying on a dedicated designer.
